Duties:
Enclave is looking for a Business Development/ Marketing manger to develop new contacts within the Urban Planning, Landscape and a Architecture industry in China. The ideal candidate must have excellent client liaison skills with a proven record of developing urban planning, landscape and architecture business within the region. The candidate must be able to develop new business relationships and generate extra work from existing contracts.

Requirements:
. Minimum 4 years relevant business development or marketing experience.
. Prior experience working in an architectural / engineering firm or professional services firm strongly preferred.
. Strong Chinese and English verbal and written communicated skills required.
. Up-to-date familiarity with a variety of word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and animation applications.
. High level of organization and prioritization skills.
. Strong layout and design ability helpful.
. Only bilingual candidates with good knowledge of the Chinese market need apply.
